Using Hex Momentum

Hex Momentum is a free online game. You must be at least 16 years old to create or use an account. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service, its features, and availability may change. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

Your content and conduct

You remain responsible for content you submit, including chat messages, profile details, avatars, and bug reports. Do not use Hex Momentum to post, send, or attempt to do any of the following:

• illegal content or activity;
• threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory content, or sexual content;
• spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading claims;
• cheating, exploitation of vulnerabilities, disruption of matches, or attempts to gain unauthorized access;
• another person’s private or personal information without permission; or
• content that infringes another person’s rights.

Enforcement and reports

To report conduct or content, contact [email protected] with relevant details. We may investigate and take proportionate action, including removing content, limiting features, suspending, or deleting an account, where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, or protect the service.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in Settings after signing in. Deletion disables access and removes direct account data through an asynchronous erasure process. Authored chat text is erased and displayed only as a deleted-message placeholder; technical match history may remain de-identified where needed to preserve shared match records. Service and liability

The service is provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
