Account and data deletion
Delete your account
Hex Momentum lets you request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from the web, even if you no longer have the Android app installed.
Request deletion in web Settings
Open Hex Momentum Settings, sign in to the account you want to delete, choose Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm the permanent deletion request.
Sign in and delete accountIf you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] to start a verified deletion request. Include your player nickname, but never send a password, refresh token, or Google credential.
What happens
An accepted request immediately disables account access. A durable erasure job removes direct identity, credentials, profile data, and authored chat text. Shared match history may retain de-identified technical records needed to preserve other players' match history. See the Privacy notice for the complete description.
